“Mindy Toro and Dancers” is showing a group dance piece about our wonders of the end of life and celebrating the everyday movements and stillnesses. After performing we will hold a workshop inviting audience (adults and kids) to learn one of our movement phrases and collaboratively choreograph a short dance piece, using the surrounding space, sounds and predetermined questions surrounding our theme. We will discuss/dance responses to how we find movement and stillness in each of our different bodies and how we can move/jump/skip/lay through the grace and hurdles of everyday life. More info here.
